We're going to be having a few changes from the monthly meal plan. Here's what we're going to be having:
Weekly Breakfasts: cereal with bananas, oatmeal with apples & cinnamon, Pumpkin French Toast Sticks with honey
Weekly Lunches: Peanut Butter and Banana sandwiches; Bean and Cheese Burritos with mango & kiwi fruit salad; Pig in Blankets with apple slices
Weekly Snacks: Cheddar sticks and apple slices; Peanut Butter Granola Bars and bananas; Graham Crackers with Peanut Butter and plum slices; Raisin Bran Muffins
Monday: White Bean Chili with Cornbread (we didn't have this last week, instead we had the Buffalo Chicken Lasagna and it was oh so good!)
Wednesday: Eggs, Grits & Toasted French Bread slices
Thursday: Sticky Chinese Chicken, Rice, Stir-fried Broccoli, Peppers & Carrots, Green Beans for hubby :)
Friday: Homemade Pizza Night - we'll take BBQ Chicken Pizza with us on the road
Saturday: Visiting family
Sunday: Coming home from visiting family; Supper: Sassy Sloppy Toms on Homemade buns and Chips
Necessary grocery purchases this week:
I picked up a few things at Publix today, and there are a few more things at Kroger I'd like to pick up. My shopping trip will post in the morning. You can view the coupon match up at Southern Savers and I Heart Publix.
