RECIPE: Oven Fried Chicken Tenders


Last night the chicken had not thawed out enough for the chicken tender recipe. So we're having them tonight. You can read original recipe HERE.

Tweaks: I added Italian seasoning, salt & pepper to the flour. I omitted the Parmesan cheese step. I sprayed the chicken with non-stick cooking spray versus the "butter drizzle" mentioned in the "TIPS" section of the recipe. Knowing full well the butter would definitely taste better, the non-stick canola spray is better for us. We dipped them in spaghetti sauce. These are very crunchy and delicious!
