This is going to be a great week starting off with freezer meals and ending with freezer meals.  I love OAMC days.  It makes life so much easier when I can take the bag from the freezer and thaw it out, then pour the contents into a baking dish.  VOILA!  Dinner is served!  And no mess in the kitchen.  We're also going to be trying three new recipes this week:  Ingrid Hoffman's Tamale Pie on Tuesday,  Lentil & Ham Soup on Thursday, and our first Dump Chicken meal on Sunday night, and I'll let you know the verdict for each.  I can't wait!
Weekly Breakfasts:  Blueberry Bagels with grape jelly or peanut butter and bananas or cereal and bananas
Weekly Snacks:  Graham Crackers with peanut butter and bananas (this was a hit last week, the kids were begging for more!); Quaker Quakes snacks with grapefruit segments and sugar sprinkles
Weekly Lunches:  PB&J Sandwiches and oranges; Ham and Cream Cheese roll-ups and pickles; Cheese Sandwiches with pickles
Monday: Baked Ziti, steam veggies, rolls
Tuesday: Tamale Pie (for FNCCC)
Wednesday: Turkey Pot Pie with rolls
Thursday: Lentil & Ham Soup in the Crock Pot with Peasant Bread (new recipe to try)
Friday:   Eggs, grits and sausage
Saturday: Lunch: Bean Nachos; Supper: Pepperoni Pizza
Sunday: Lunch: BBQ Chicken Sandwiches; Supper: Russian Dump Chicken over rice and steam veggies

Enjoy!
