I did our OAMC day on Friday so now we have lots of meals in the freezer for the month...what a huge time-saver that is. Especially if you work full-time, you could easily make time to do OAMC on Saturday and/or Sunday. It's amazing how much time it frees up for you to do other things. I worked full-time outside of the house for 12 years and I wish I had utilized OAMC for us back then. You know the old saying though "hindsight is 20/20"...
This week we'll be eating:
weekly breakfasts: cereal, bananas; raisin bran muffins; pumpkin french toast sticks
weekly lunches: macaroni & cheese and ham by Rachael Ray ; pb&j sandwiches, apple slices, mandarin oranges
weekly snacks: smoothies, apple slices & peanut butter
Monday: Easy Shrimp Scampi over Pasta with Steamed Broccoli & Green Beans
Tuesday: Pancakes & Sausage
Wednesday: Tacos (using Taco Meat)and Rice & Beans
Thursday: Spaghetti (using browned ground beef in the freezer) with Salad and French Bread
Friday: BBQ Chicken Pizza on the road...
Saturday: Visiting family near Savannah and attending the Strawberry Festival (stay tuned for some great recipes using fresh strawberries)
Sunday: Traveling home...
This week at the grocery store I NEED to buy:
- bananas
- strawberries
- milk
- lettuce
I hope you have a great and delicious week! Be sure to visit I'm An Organizing Junkie to see what more than 300 others are cooking up for their families this week.
Enjoy!

Looks like you have a great menu set up for next week. Me and my daughter love strawberries, can't wait to see what recipes you come up with.
Oooh, I'm going to try your pizza dough recipe. I've been buying the ready made whole wheat kind. Do you follow a specific recipe for your BBQ Chicken pizza or just wing it with sauce and seasonings. I make my own pizzas too but yours sure looked mighty tasty!
Have a wonderful visit!
Looks like a really yummy week:-)
