Weekly Breakfasts: Cereal with Bananas, Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal, Peanut Butter Toast with Bananas
Weekly Lunches: Quinoa Salad with Curried Chick Peas, Broccoli and Spinach with a Balsamic Vinaigrette; Bologna Sandwiches with Mustard (assorted fruit and crackers)
Weekly Snacks: Peanut Butter Crackers with Apple Slices; Nutella filled Animal Crackers with Grapes; Applesauce and Cheese Sticks
Monday: Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry over Rice
Tuesday: Leftover Pasta Bake
Thursday: Quesadillas with Mexican Rice and Beans
Friday: Pizza and Salad
Saturday: Lunch: Meatball Sub Sandwiches; Supper: Out to Mama Ninfa's for Dragon Con
Sunday: Lunch: Tuna Sandwiches; Supper: Spaghetti with Salad

Sounds like a yummy week. I'm having a few things similar to you, such as a stir fry, spaghetti and pizza. Great minds think alike. :)
