Meal Plan Monday 10/25/10

Finishing up with our frozen prepared food this week.  I'll be sharing our monthly meal plan for November at the end of the week or Monday, which ever I get to first :)

Weekly Breakfast:  Eggs, Bacon and Toast and Tangerines

Weekly Lunches:  Lunchables, Fruit; PB&J, Fruit Snacks; Tuna Salad Sandwiches, chips and pickles

Weekly Snacks:  Peanut Butter Crackers; Pretzel sticks and Peanut Butter; Mozzarella Cheese and Apple Slices

Monday:  Tacos with all the fixings (using frozen taco meat)

Tuesday:  Nachos with Sante Fe Salad (using frozen taco meat adding a cup of black beans for extra fiber)

Wednesday:  Hamburgers with Chips and Pickles (pre-made frozen patties, I added spinach and whole wheat bread crumbs to these ones), Peaches

Thursday:  Crock Pot Rotisserie Chicken, Green Beans and Baked Potatoes, Ice Cream

Friday:  Easy Chicken Fried Rice with Green Beans, Tangerines

Saturday:  Out to Dinner

Sunday:  Mini Meatloaves with Mashed Potatoes and Sweet Peas

Wish I could come over to your house for dinner this week! This all sounds so yummy! I will be trying out your chili lime dressing soon.... looks divine!
