Wow! Where has the time gone? Some days I look at my kiddos and think "when did they get so big?" Sissy is going to be 5 years old this month and BooBoo will be 3 in June. Unbelievable!
Enough reminiscing.
Things are settling back into our "regular" routine and we'll be participating in the ministry a great deal over the next few weeks. To keep everything simple, we'll be carrying out lunches and snacks with us. And to help alleviate some of the busyness of the evening, we'll be eating freezer kits. Refried Beans from the freezer for Classic Bean Nachos, pre-shredded chicken and brown rice from the freezer for Chicken Fried Rice and Fiesta Salad, Taco Meat in the freezer, pre-cooked turkey bacon in the freezer. You get the point...
Here's what's on tap:
Breakfast: Pancakes, Frozen Berries, Almonds with Cottage Cheese; Cereal with Nuts and Bananas
Lunches: Cream Cheese, Almonds and Raisin Wrap with Salad; Hummus Wrap with Avocado, Tomato and Lettuce with Fruit; Honey Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Fruit and Cheese
Snacks: Cottage Cheese with Fruit and Nuts; Turkey Wrapped String Cheese with Apple; Hard boiled egg with String Cheese and Pears
Monday: Classic Bean Nachos with Guacamole Salad with tomatoes
Tuesday: Chicken Fried Rice with cabbage and steamed veggies
Wednesday: Frittata (sliced potatoes, spinach, turkey bacon) with Orange segments
Thursday: Fiesta Salad (using ground turkey Taco Meat)
Friday: Thin Crust Pizza (Grilled Bell Peppers, Spinach and Alfredo sauce)
Saturday: Visit Family - Strawberry Festival at Ottawa Farms
Sunday: Subway for supper
Hope you have a great week!
Enjoy!

Yes, our children sure do grow up fast. I can't believe my "Baby Girl" will be turning 14 in a few months! Looks like you have a busy week, with lots of fun time thrown in to. Enjoy!
I so want some of that thin crust pizza! We're going out in the evenings after daycare so I'm trying to keep dinners simple and easy.
Sounds like a great week....yum!
