Monthly Meal Plan: June 2011

Summer has arrived!  Along with the heat!  Ugh!  It's been over 90 degrees every single day for the last week!  I'm ready for FALL!  I know, I know, I shouldn't complain, but really the heat is unbearable.

That means we're bringing back Summer Burger Bash.

We'll be eating some low calorie burgers, utilitizing lean ground beef, ground chicken and ground turkey. 

Here's what we're eating this month:

  14. Drunken Pork Chops
  15. leftovers or Pizza Rolls
  16. Breakfast
  17. pizza & salad
  18. dinner out
  19. Burger Night - Chicken Parm Burger
  20. Simple Bean Burritos
  21. Crock Pot Cube Steak and Gravy
  22. leftovers or Pizza Rolls

  24. Subway
  25. dinner with family

  28. Skinny Chicken Tikka Masala

    We had the cruddiest spring in the world so the heat has just STARTED here. It feels great! I'm planning to eat really simple all summer, lots of burgers! :-)
