End of the month already?!! Guess that means I'll be working on our meal plan for the month of October. For now here's the plan for this week:
Monday: Ground Beef - Meatball Curry over Israeli couscous, broccoli and green beans
Tuesday: Bean - Pasta Fagioli with Easy French Bread (going to teach Wooley how to bake bread)
Wednesday: Breakfast - Chocolate Chip pancakes with bacon and oranges
Thursday: Crock Pot - Creamy Italian Chicken, over brown rice with steamed broccoli and peas
Friday: YARD SALE! Pizza - Thin Crust turkey pepperoni pizza with salad
Saturday: BBQ Bacon Wrapped Chicken, salad and lima beans
Sunday: TBD with my husband...
For breakfast I'll be eating light yogurt, peanut butter sandwich with apple or banana or oatmeal with peanut butter and frozen blueberries or bananas with light yogurt; the kids are eating pancake wrapped sausages with yogurt and fruit
For lunch we'll be eating soup or sandwiches with fruit and veggie sticks.
Snacks will be fruit and string cheese with almonds or sliced turkey.
