
Monday: Cheesy Chicken Flautas and Spanish Rice with grilled corn on the cob
Tuesday: Herb Roasted Chicken Breasts with Roasted Green Beans & Potatoes
Wednesday: Teriyaki Orange & Ginger Fish (StarKist SeaSations) with Stir-Fried Rice and Broccoli, Carrots & Peas
Thursday: Breakfast for supper: Eggs, Grits, Turkey Sausage and Waffles
Friday: Homemade Pizza (add 1/2 tsp McCormick's Italian Seasoning Grinder to the flour) & Antipasti salad (I used turkey pepperoni slices in place of salami last week and it was delicious!)
