Menu Plan Monday 1/4/10
Weekly Breakfasts: cereal, Breakfast burritos for the hubs, muffins
Weekly Snacks & Lunches: macaroni cheese with peas, chicken nuggets with carrot sticks and ranch dressing, applesauce, cheese sticks, granola bars
Monday: Lemon Pepper Chicken, Roasted Potatoes and Broccoli and Carrots
Tuesday: Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole, Steamed Peas or Green Beans and Yeast Rolls
Wednesday: Breakfast for Supper: Apple Cinnamon Pancakes, Grits, Sausage
Thursday: Taco Soup (freezing leftovers for Fiesta Enchiladas)
Friday: Pizza - Hawaiian BBQ Chicken with Crushed Pineapple
Saturday: Lunch: Bean Nachos using Mexican Chili Beans and
Dinner: Tacos served with lettuce, salsa, avocado and Mexican rice and beans using more Mexican Chili Beans
Sunday: Lunch: Peanut Butter & Jelly sandwiches and chips and
Dinner: Buffalo Chicken Breasts (in the crock pot) over Grits served with Carrots & Celery sticks and ranch dressing
I haven't been to the store yet this week. We actually have all these things in our pantry and freezer. With the exception of chips, avocado, lettuce, milk and cheddar cheese. These should keep me under our $15 budget and within our pantry goals.
