Menu Plan Monday 2/15/10


Weekly Breakfast:  Cereal, bananas
Weekly Snacks:  Graham Crackers, Peanut Butter, Apple Slices and Bananas
Weekly Lunches:  Corn Dog Muffins, Carrot and Celery Sticks dipped in Ranch Dressing

Monday:  Baked Ziti/Pasta, French Bread and veggies

Tuesday:  Turkey Pot Pie and French Bread

Wednesday:  Eggs, Grits and Sausage

Thursday:  Chicken and Rice Soup with crackers

Friday:  Cubana Pizza (Spread crust with honey mustard, layer shredded pork roast, sliced deli ham and shredded Swiss cheese) serve Dill pickles on the side

Saturday:  Lunch:  PB& J Sandwiches and Chips
Supper:  Chicken Fried Rice with peas and carrots and Egg Rolls

Sunday:  Lunch:  Cheese & Black Bean Quesadillas
Supper:  Tacos and all the fixings (using the ground beef from OAMC)
