Menu Plan Monday 2/22 (Our First 5K!!!)

Weekly breakfasts:  cereal, bananas
Weekly lunches:  turkey and cheese sandwiches or roll ups, carrot sticks with ranch dressing, sliced pears; apple cheddar quesadillas, oranges
Weekly snacks:  peanut butter & honey spread on crackers, apple slices with sour cream & honey dip, grapes with cheddar sticks

Monday:  Asian Dump Chicken with rice and steamed broccoli and Honey Carrots

Wednesday:  Sausage Hash & Grits and oranges

Thursday:  Mediterranean Fish Stew and Toasted French Bread

Saturday:  Kevin and I are going to be running/jogging/walking in our first 5K Run - we'll probably eat lunch out with the friends we're running with;  Supper:  BBQ Chicken Pizza

Sunday:  Lunch: PB&J Sandwiches;  Supper:  Rotisserie Chicken in the Crock Pot
oven roasted potatoes and carrots, green beans
