Shopping Trip 1/31/10: Kroger, Publix, CVS & Walgreens

I am so "proud-ed" (that's how my daughter, Haylei, says proud) to let you know I came in UNDER budget this week!!!  I am so happy.  Since we are done with the pantry challenge (and although I went over budget throughout the month, I am happy to report we only spent $50 a week on groceries.)  After talking to Kevin about the grocery budget, we decided we can reasonably spend $50 a week on groceries and sufficiently feed our family and keep our pantry and freezer well stocked.  I will keep a separate budget aside for CVS and Walgreens purchases, but some of those can be placed on our Health Care Spending Account Card.  We'll see how that works out.  So here goes:

I wanted to get that Joint Juice deal because my husband drinks that stuff every day, but Walgreens was out of it all week! And then my 8 month old daughter ate my B1G1 Joint Juice coupon. Paper=tasty snack!
Great shopping trips!
