Menu Plan Monday 3/22/10

Weekly Breakfasts:  cereal; Pumpkin French Toast Sticks with honey; Yogurt & Bananas; Apple & Cinnamon Oatmeal

Weekly Lunches:  Ritzy Chicken Nuggets and apple slices; Pigs in Blankets and apple slices;  Mac & Cheese & Spinach Cups and apple slices (we have lots of apples from the Farmers' Market trip)

Weekly Snacks:  Cheddar Cheese Sticks and apple slices;  Strawberry & Banana Smoothies; Popcorn

Monday:  Honey Lemon Chicken, Rice and Green Beans/Broccoli

Tuesday:  Shepherd's Pie and Yeast Rolls

Wednesday:  Waffles & Sausage

Thursday:  Red Beans & Rice (Slow Cooker) - I'll be tweaking this since we don't eat green peppers or onions like the recipe calls for...

Friday:  Pizza Night - Pepperoni with salad

Saturday:  Lunch:  Egg & Tuna Salad Sandwiches with Pickles and chips;  Supper:  BBQ Chicken Sandwiches with Oven Cheese Fries

Sunday:  Meatball Sub Sandwiches with Fruit and Chips;  Supper:  Citrus Cumin Pork Roast (Slow Cooker) with oven roasted potatoes & broccoli with green beans
