In the Kitchen: Fruity Pancakes

We usually have breakfast for supper on Wednesday nights.  It's easy, cheap and fast.  I use this recipe for pancakes and it has never failed me.  I hope you'll try it soon. 

I thought I'd share how I add fruit to pancakes.  Some people add chopped fruit to the batter but I find when I do this, the fruit gets mashed and the juices bleed into the batter.  

So this is how I add fruit (or chocolate chips or even cooked, crumbled sausage) to pancakes (you can view the video here):


This works for me.
