Menu Plan Monday 5/17/10

This week we're eating some yummy meals already prepared on my OAMC day.  All I have to do is take them out of the freezer, thaw and bake.  How easy is that?  Talk about convenience foods!

Weekly Breakfasts:  cereal with bananas; pumpkin french toast sticks with bananas

Weekly Brunches:  Eggs, Grits & Toast;  Pancakes & Sausage;  Eggs, Fried Taters & Sausage

Afternoon Snacks:  fruit & peanut butter crackers; yogurt tubes and bananas; popcorn

MondayTurkey Shepherd's Pie with Salad and Bread

TuesdayTurkey Tetrazzini with Peas or Green Beans

WednesdayTomato Frittata

Thursday:   Creamy Turkey Enchiladas, Rice & Beans, Tomato & Avocado Salad


Friday:  Friday Night Pizza night:  Chicken Teriyaki Pizza (recipe will post on Friday afternoon) with Nana's Broccoli Salad

Saturday:  Lunch: Bean Burritos with salsa & avocado slices:  Dinner:  Grilled Lime-Jalapeno Chicken with Black Beans and Salsa

Sunday:   Lunch: Egg & Tuna Sandwiches with fruit; Using Leftover Grilled Chicken from last night and making Grilled Chicken with Creamy Pesto Pasta with Honey Ginger Carrots
