Now that my freezer is full of food, we can eat some yummy homemade meals.
Here's what we're eating this week:
Weekly breakfasts: Frozen Fruity Burritos, Banana Berry Smoothies, Cereal with bananas, Oatmeal with Strawberries
Weekly lunches: Homemade Spaghetti-O's, Cheese Sandwiches, Cheddar Cheese and Macaroni, Pineapple, Strawberries, Apples
Weekly snacks: Popcorn, Peanut Butter Crackers, Strawberry Fruit Bars
Monday: Chicken Salad with crackers and fruit (using leftover crockpot rotisserie chicken from 6/5/10)
Tuesday: Crock Pot Lasagna with Salad (We were going to have Lasagna Roll Ups, but decided it would be too time consuming and then I'd have to bake it in the oven which defeated the purpose of less oven time this month. So we decided the Crock Pot Lasagna will do. I'll share the recipe I use this week.)
Wednesday: Breakfast: Grits, Eggs, Sausage, Fruit
Thursday: Tacos with Rice & Beans
Friday Night Pizza Night: Meat-a-tarian Pizza (recipes post Friday afternoon)
Saturday: Circuit Assembly Lunch: Tuna Salad, Crackers, Fruit, Granola Bars, Chips and Cookies; Supper: eating out?
So this looks like our week in a nutshell. We'll probably have a couple of changes, but if we do, that's fine. We roll with the punches at this time in our lives.
