OAMC: Completed for June

I planned well, but then work got in the way.  I was a little tired when I got home, but pushed through about an 1-2 hours each day to finish up.  I'm thankful for the food in the freezer.  It truly makes like so much easier!  Here's what we got accomplished:

Monday:  16 Strawberry Fruit Bars; 16 Frozen Fruity Burritos; 4 cups Spaghetti-O's (used star/flower shaped pasta); 2 lbs chicken breasts in Hawaiian Luau marinade; 2 lbs chicken breasts in Baja Citrus marinade; 2 lbs chicken breasts in Garlic Buffalo Wing marinade

Tuesday:  Baked 2 pkgs bacon;  browned 4-1/2 lbs ground beef (reserving 1 cup for pizza night) to turn into Taco Meat, bagged 2-1/3 cups into 4 bags and froze; browned 1 lb ground turkey and 1-1/2 lbs Italian turkey sausage, mixed together and bagged 2-1/2 cups into 2 bags, reserving 1 cup for pizza night.

Decided against Lasagna Roll Ups after talking with my friend Tara, a little time consuming she suggested.  Instead, I'm going to do lasagna in the crockpot.  So the turkey meat will be a "kit" with some frozen shredded mozzarella cheese in the freezer.

Wednesday:  24 Blueberry Muffins, 16 Chocolate Chip Granola Bars

Still need to do the Pumpkin French Toast Sticks.  I'm feeling tired and need to get nap in before our friends come over for Pizza Party Night.  I'll work on them next week probably when I have a morning off from work.

Enjoy!

I made the pumpkin french toast, and it was good but man was it hard to get off the baking sheets. Curious to see if you have more success!
