Better late than never, right?
We've been really busy since we got back from our little camping trip. I'll share the pictures soon. The kids had an absolute ball! We'll definitely be traveling back to this campground, only we'll plan to go during the Spring or Fall to avoid the 90 degree weather.
In the meantime, here's what we've eaten so far this week:
Monday: Cereal with bananas
Tuesday: Taco Burgers with yellow and red tomatoes, avocado and cheddar cheese; garlic mashed potatoes; corn on the cob with butter and hot dogs for the littles
Tonight we're eating:
Wednesday: Crock Pot Rotisserie Chicken using Chicken Montreal seasoning, baked potatoes, corn on the cob and frozen peas
And here's the plan for the rest of the week:
Thursday: Black Bean Quesadillas topped with lettuce, tomatoes, salsa and guacamole; Mexican Rice; Corn and Tomato Salad
Friday: Veggie Delite Pizza, Salad (recipe to post on Friday afternoon)
Saturday: Lunch: Tuna Fish Sandwiches or Hot Dogs and chips; Supper: kids will be going bowling with some friends, so maybe dinner out?
Sunday: Lunch: Smoked Ham Pizza, Salad: Supper: Knife & Fork Steak Burgers, Twiced Baked Potatoes, Salad
