Weekly lunches: Summer Veggie Pasta Salad, Tomato Sandwiches with Lemon Basil Mayonnaise, Homemade Spaghetti-O's, Grilled Cheese and Tomato sandwiches, all with fruit
Weekly snacks: fruit, graham crackers with peanut butter, peanut butter crackers with mozzarella cheese cubes, Banana Berry Smoothies,
Monday: Tacos and all the fixings
Tuesday: Chicken and Rice Casserole, Frozen Peas and Sliced Tomatoes
Wednesday: Blackberry Pancakes, Eggs and Bacon
Thursday: Smothered Pork Chops with Gravy, Sliced Tomatoes, Green Beans, Mashed Potatoes (I'll share my take on this recipe)
Friday - Sunday: District Convention in Duluth - For lunches, we're going with Tomato Sandwiches, Ham and Cheese Sandwiches, Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches, Crackers, Fruit and Cookies
I'm not sure what we'll do for supper. I'm hoping we'll eat out for supper a couple of nights. I'd love to eat at one of our favorite Italian restaurants called Provino's. They have the best little yeast garlic bread rolls. I can't even tell you how good they are if you've never eaten them. Maybe I can figure out how they make them, and share it with you.
