Wordless Wednesday: Ballerina Time

We signed Haylei up for Ballet and Tap classes.  She did really well and I was so proud of her.  No tears!  Much better than gymnastics this summer when she cried which made me cry.

This time she was so excited!  She came out of the class saying "Mommy I loved it!  I loved it!"  I couldn't wipe the smile off her face if I wanted to...but I didn't want to.  She was so happy.  What a great feeling to see your child experience such joy and happiness.

In her ballet outfit...

Sitting on her Red #14...

Hunter peeking in the window to see Sissy...

Stretching...

Butterfly legs...

Arm positioning and feet positioning...

I'm not sure what they call this, but they were pointing their toe to the opposite knee and prancing across the floor...

Music Freeze Game.  They could free-style dance around the room with a colorful scarf and when the music stopped they had to freeze...

Tap Time. (can you see the sleepy look in her eyes?)...

Practicing tapping in their shoes...

She did really good and was rewarded with a cupcake stamp on each hand...

I was such a proud mommy!

Have a great day and enjoy the Wordless Wednesday linky below:

Great photos, I don't think I could ever convince my daughter to dance (at least in public)

Great photos! I wish I had a little girl to take to dance lessons! My hubby is definitely in the "no" camp for dance lessons for my little guy. Oh well. :)

Precious! Love her little cupcake stamps too - that was always my daughter's favorite thing at the end of gymnastics or other activities - the fun stamps!! Thanks so much for following my blog! : )
