This month has been a little hectic. As you can tell, it took me almost 2 weeks to get most of our OAMC done. I'm back at work and trying desperately to find my rhythm again. Anyway, this is what I got finished:
Fruity Breakfast Burritos - 24 burritos (vanilla yogurt with frozen blueberries)
Cinnamon Banana French Toast Sticks - 30 pieces (substituted mashed bananas for the pumpkin and these are SO good! Sissy told me next time we need to make a million!)
Pumpkin Spice Granola with dried Cranberries and Pecans
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Granola Bars - don't they look pretty?
Well, I sort of had a little mishap...they ended up in the floor. Chocolate smears and granola crumbles...truly SAD! But I decided to not let it get me down...
Thankfully my Momma had just swept and I had mopped that morning and decided to turn the hopeful Granola Bars into ...
...Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Granola (I just crumbled them onto a baking sheet and baked them at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, tossing and turning every 10 minutes to avoid burning. It didn't turn out as crunchy as the Pumpkin Spiced Granola, but I've been eating it served with milk for breakfast and snacks. It's really tasty!)
Pizza Muffins These are really yummy, but the recipe only made 7. Next time I'll double it to get the full dozen.
I also had an opportunity to make a new granola bar recipe. It was delicious. They are so good! I made 24 Cherry Almond granola bars. Oh my word, they are delicious! I can't wait to try and make some that resemble those Sweet & Salty granola bars with the cashews!
That's it. I didn't get as much done as I wanted. I'll probably do some batch cooking throughout the month. We'll have to see as we go.
Enjoy!

Good for you, it all looks delicious, love the french toast idea. Sorry for the mishap, I hate when that happens.
PS: You still shredding?
Love those breakfast burritos! No matter how hard I try, I never can do a OMAC. I do a lot of batch cooking though, so it all works out.
Can I hire you as my personal chef?
I just made 3 lbs of refried beans in my crock pot yesterday :) I'm off the check out your recipe!
It is so dangerous looking at your blog before I have eaten breakfast! These photos and recipes look amazing! Thanks for sharing them! -Mandy
