Last week went pretty good.  We ate off of our adjusted meal plan rather than the monthly meal plan.  "Mystery burrito" night turned out to be Pizza Rolls.  I still haven't found the bean burritos!  The Crock Pot Cube Steak and Gravy turned out really good.  Picky Hubby thought the cube steak was a little dry, but I think it was just the cube steak, not the method.  Instead of leftovers, we ate the frozen Pizza Pasta with broccoli.  It was really good and there were no leftovers.  I count that as a successful freezer meal.  Thursday we decided to go out for dinner at a new Chinese place.  It was pretty good.  The kids really liked it, and we practiced the 3 Chinese words we know, "water", "thank you" and "how are you?". 
So this week we're planning:
Monday:  Bean Nachos with Sante Fe Salad
Tuesday:  Skinny Chicken Tikka Masala* with broccoli and green beans
Wednesday:  "Mystery Burrito"
Thursday:  Breakfast for Dinner:  Pancakes with Turkey Sausage and Fruit
Friday:  Thin Crust Pizza with Salad
Saturday:  Refried Bean Nachos with Salad and salsa
Sunday:  Black Bean Burgers* with Spicy Sweet Potato Fries and green beans
