Sorry I haven't been sharing much about my Slimmer This Summer progress on my blog. I've been sharing my successes and frustrations with my FB friends.
My goal was to be 199 by July 22. Unfortunately, I didn't make it by July 22nd. But I did make it on August 6th and I did a happy dance in my closet. That's where I keep my scale. I was so excited!!! I wore my new "one"derland dress. Of course, "one"derland = weight in the 100s. It might be 199, but it's not the big 2-0-0. It's amazing how that one little number can boost your confidence. I do feel better, but I know I still have more to go. Last week I weighed in at 198.6, but this week I'm back to 199.0. I'm going to continue to work out and do what I can to count calories. I have plans to lose 24 more pounds by December. I think I should break it up into small goals. Guess I need a calendar. I'll get back to you on that...
