Meal Plan Monday 8/27/12

Monday:  Honey Teryaki Chicken Thighs with ginger scented rice and frozen Oriental veggies

Tuesday: Buffalo Sloppy Joes over mashed potatoes with celery and carrots and ranch dip

Wednesday:  Waffles and Blueberry Banana Smoothies

Thursday:  Leftover Chicken and Rice turned into Chicken Fried Rice (stir frying shredded cabbage, red peppers and carrots and adding a scrambled egg)

Friday:  Pizza and Salad

Saturday:  Cookout - hot dogs, cole slaw, deviled eggs, potato salad, chips

Sunday:  Leftovers for lunch;  Bean nachos with salad
