Busy busy busy. Aren't we all? Spring is in the air and the sun is shining today. It's so pretty outside and I have to be cooped up cleaning house. Oh well, maybe I can get done early and enjoy the day.
This week we are going to be eating:
Monday: Lasagna, steamed broccoli (Italian-ish meal)
Tuesday: Chicken Fried Rice (one pot wonder)
Wednesday: Breakfast burritos with turkey sausage, fruit (breakfast for dinner)
Thursday: Creamy Italian Chicken (crock pot meal) over pasta with oven roasted green beans
Friday: Friday Night Pizza Night using homemade pizza crust (pizza night)
Saturday: Lunch: Nachos; Supper: Crispy Fish, oven baked fries, cole slaw
Sunday: Lunch: Tuna Sandwiches; Supper: BBQ Chicken, roasted potatoes and green beans
Breakfasts:
peanut butter sandwich, yogurt tube, apple
egg white omelet with cheese toast, apple sauce
Lunches:
turkey, tomato sandwich, apple
sweet potato topped with black beans and cheese, applesauce
Snacks:
apple, cheese, almonds
yogurt, strawberries, almonds
parmesan popcorn
buffalo popcorn
peanut butter sandwich
