This is the final week of my Monthly meal plan. We've stuck pretty close to the original plan, with very few changes throughout the month. I'll be working on my Once-A-Month-Cooking day on Thursday of this week. My mom will be helping me out by watching the kids for me so I can get everything done. More about that later. This week we'll be eating up the rest of the Swedish Meatballs and I think we'll stray again from the original menu plan by adding a fish meal.
Breakfasts: Blueberry Bagels spread with grape jelly, orange slices, cold cereal, peanut butter and banana sandwiches
Snacks: Halved Grapefruits sprinkled with colored sugar and graham crackers spread with peanut butter and layered with sliced bananas
Lunches: Macaroni Cheese & Peas and fruit; Hot Dogs (just checked the freezer, no more hot dogs) Pasta Salad and fruit; PB&J sandwiches and fruit
Monday: Swedish Meatballs over mashed potatoes with peas for us and lima beans for him
Tuesday: Turkey Tetrazzini with peas for us and green beans for him and peasant bread
Friday: Pizza
Saturday LUNCH: Bean Quesadillas
SUPPER: Tacos with the fixings
Sunday LUNCH: BBQ Chicken Sandwiches with Oven Fries
SUPPER: Crockpot Orange Apricot Chicken with rice and steamed broccoli for us and green beans for him

Orange Apricot chicken! *drool* I wonder if I can modify the jam to a blackberry jam and still have it sound as yummy as the recipe looks.
