I planned our Monthly Meal Plan for April and this is what I've got to make up ahead of time:
Prep Work:
Great Northern Beans for Burritos
Black Beans for Pizzas, Rice & Beans, Nachos
Brown 8 lbs Ground Beef for Tacos, Sloppy Joes, Spaghetti, Lasagna
Pizza Dough x 4
Chicken Breasts in Crock Pot - cubed and then freeze
Cooking & Freezing:
Lasagna x 2 (I'll share the recipe as we cook...)
Sloppy Joes x 2
Ground Beef for Spaghetti x 2
Ground Beef for Spaghetti x 2
Taco Meat x 2
Burritos (hopefully it will make about 20 burritos)
Not too much going on this month, as we have quite a few things in the freezer from previous OAMC days.

Looks like you have some great recipes ready to make. I can't wait till I get a deep freezer and can have freezer cooking days like this.
