Menu Plan Monday 3/1/10


Sorry this is so late!  I was so busy yesterday doing OAMC Prep and totally forgot about the meal plan for this week.  

Weekly Breakfasts:  Pumpkin French Toast Sticks, Oranges; Cereal, bananas; Breakfast Bars (recipe to come this week), Oranges

Weekly Lunches:  Baked Mac & Cheese Cups with Spinach, apple slices; Pigs in Blankets, oranges

Weekly Snacks:  Apple Muffins, cheddar cheese sticks; Peanut Butter Granola Bars, apple slices

Monday:  Spaghetti with Meatballs, Toasted French Bread

Tuesday:  Buttermilk Herb "Dump" Chicken, Rice, Green Beans/Broccoli, Yeast Rolls

Wednesday:  Eggs, Grits & Toast

Thursday:  Soup Beans & Cornbread (recipe to come)

Friday:  French Bread Pizza Night - BBQ Chicken & Pineapple Pizza

Saturday:  Lunches: Tuna Salad Sandwiches with pickles;  Supper:  Sassy Sloppy Toms on Homemade Hamburger Buns with Homemade Potato Chips and Pickles

Sunday:  PB&J Sandwiches with Homemade Potato Chips;  Supper:  Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes, Peas for us and Black-Eyed Peas for him, Yeast Rolls
