We are eating meals I prepared on our OAMC (once-a-month-cooking) day. The only things I need to pick up this week from the grocery store for our meals are lettuce for salads, fresh fruit, bleu cheese, dried great northern beans, diced green chilies and some cornmeal mix. I love having a monthly meal plan, it just makes everything run smoother in our house!
Monday: Caribbean Dump Chicken, rice and green beans
Wednesday: Waffles & Sausage
Thursday: White Lightning Chili with cornbread (crock pot)
Friday: Homemade Pepperoni Pizza
Saturday: Lunch: Egg Salad Sandwiches with pickles and fruit; Supper: BBQ Sandwiches with Oven Fries and Salad
Sunday: Lunch: Meatball Subs with fruit and homemade potato chips; Supper: Buffalo Chicken Lasagna with French Bread and salad/green beans
