You know how much I love planning our menus. I've been doing inventory of our freezer and found some Buitoni spaghetti noodles we purchased from Publix a few months ago and figured we'd better plan to eat some spaghetti this month. (I can't remember the last time we ate spaghetti.) I'm going to try to incorporate more "bean" meals without being so obvious. I saved the ham bone from the Holiday Ham Kevin received from his employer, and we'll plan to make Soup Beans with it. We also have four packages of ground turkey I picked up during a sale at Publix a few weeks ago. I used the overage from the Knox gelatin to apply to the ground turkey to make it FREE. So we're going to be having ground turkey recipes this month. Last month, I made some Meatloaves and I can't wait to eat those!

I love your meal plans! I have not ever tried to plan that far ahead. I did freeze about 8 meals today. I used your Baked Ziti and Meat Loaf recipes! Can"t wait to try them.
That's great Holly! I've only been "monthly meal planning" for about 3 or 4 months now. You can read more about how and why I do it on a post I wrote here:
