I'll be working on our OAMC to fill our freezer with meals for the month of June. Here's my plan that I hope to execute flawlessly (LOL!!!) and here's the monthly meal plan.
This is what we're eating this week:
Monday: Baked Country Style Ribs rubbed with this rub with Mashed Potatoes and Peas and Green Beans
Tuesday: Spaghetti with Salad (ground beef already cooked, just need to thaw and add sauce, boil noodles and toss a salad)
Wednesday: Blueberry Muffins, Eggs, Bacon (muffins and bacon already baked, just need to thaw and reheat bacon in the microwave)
Thursday: Tacos with Rice & Beans (taco meat already cooked, just need to thaw and reheat; rice and beans are both pre-cooked, just need to nuke in the microwave and toss together with some salsa and top with cheese)
Friday: Chicken Fajita Pizza (recipe to post on Friday)
Saturday: Rotisserie Chicken (Crock Pot) Baked Potatoes Salad (saving some chicken for 6/7/10)
Sunday: Salmon Burger with Oven Cheese Fries and Salad
