RECIPE: Club Burger with Avocado-Ranch Dressing

Yesterday we ate a Beef burger rather than the Turkey burger depicted in the original Club Burger recipe.  I had some hamburger meat in the freezer and besides, we'd eaten turkey burgers the last couple of Sundays.
Club Burger with Oven Cheese Fries
Club Burger with Avocado-Ranch Dressing
6 slices bacon
2 lbs ground beef
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 Tablespoons Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 avocado
1/4 cup sour cream
half of lemon, juiced
dried chives
dried dill
salt & pepper
hamburger buns
lettuce
tomatoes

Mix hamburger meat, onion powder, steak seasoning and form into 8 hamburgers.  Grill them.  Mash avocado, sour cream, lemon juice, chives, dill and salt & pepper, set aside.  Spread buns with avocado-ranch dressing and layer burger, bacon, lettuce & tomatoes.

I love guacamole and the Avocado-Ranch dressing didn't disappoint me at all.  In fact, I think it might be my new way to make it!

Enjoy!
