Last week we tried a new recipe, Teriyaki Glazed Salmon. YUM! I've still not completely mastered "broiled" fish. But I'm hoping that practice makes perfect...one day. I'll get another chance at it since we'll be trying a new recipe for salmon, Broiled Salmon with Rosemary, on Sunday. The other new recipe we'll be trying is Teriyaki Grilled Chicken.

Snacks: Mozzarella cheese stick, apple and almonds; Mozzarella cheese stick, apple with peanut butter; Granola bar with peanut butter; Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
Lunches: Turkey Sandwich with pear; Hummus Wrap* with apple; Peanut Butter and Banana Wrap with fruit
Wednesday: Breakfast Casserole (using egg whites, turkey bacon, reduced calorie bread and reduced fat cheese), Fruit
Friday: Thin Crust Pizza
