Well this week was horrible.
I didn't feel good and was completely unmotivated to do any jogging on the treadmill. I know this happens about once a month to me, so I was trying hard to keep the calories down. Unfortunately, I did add a little weight. About a pound increase in fact.
This week I'm going to focus on
- drinking plenty of water each day.
- jogging on the treadmill each day for 2 miles.
- working on core exercises on sparkpeople.com.
- staying under 1400 calories each day.
My goal is 199 by July 22. I'm currently sitting at 203.0 this morning. Yesterday it was 203.8. It's fluctuating so much. That's why I'm going to increase the calorie burn. 2 miles on the treadmill usually burns 300 calories. So if I do it for 5 days, that's 1500 calories.
I hope y'all did better than me. If not, we'll start fresh tomorrow, right?
