Meal Planning Monday 2/18/2013

Last week I made Posole for the first time.  It was a huge success!  Everyone loved it, including my picky eater hubby.  The Jalapeno Popper Chicken was pretty tasty, the cream cheese didn't stay inside the chicken too well though.  I didn't get to the Ham last week, I forgot to thaw it out first.  So we'll eat it this week:

Monday:  Pineapple Brown Sugar Ham (in the slow cooker), mashed sweet/white potatoes, macaroni and cheese and green beans

Tuesday:  Black Bean Taquitos, avocado and salsa with corn and tomato salad

Wednesday: Soup Beans and Cornbread with Chow-Chow relish

Thursday:  Honey Sesame Chicken, rice, peas and carrots

Friday: Taco Bowls with all the fixings

Saturday:  Rotisserie Chicken, Rice and Veggies

Sunday:  Chicken and Rice Soup - using leftover chicken
