Meal Plan Monday 9/2/13

Busy busy.  That's how I feel lately.

Monday:  Spaghetti with Rotini pasta, salad and toast

Tuesday:  Hoppin' John Soup (Black Eyed Pea and Sausage - I'm going to use some Italian sausage I picked up a couple weeks ago)

Wednesday:  Scrambled Eggs with Ham and Cheese, Toast and Fruit

Thursday:  Crock Pot Cashew Chicken with Rice and Broccoli/Green Beans

Friday:  Nachos Supreme (with black beans, cheese, lettuce, salsa and avocado)

Saturday:  Sandwiches for lunch; Dinner out

Sunday:  Sandwiches for lunch; Leftovers for dinner
