Meal Plan Monday 1/20/14

Monday: Turkey and Rice Soup with quesadillas

Tuesday:  Ground Beef and Potato Casserole, green beans and salad

Wednesday:  Breakfast for dinner - scrambled eggs, potato hash, fruit and yogurt

Thursday:  Crock Pot Salsa Chicken over rice with corn on the cob and green beans

Friday:  Pizza and Salad - mozzarella and pepperoni quesadilla with marinara dippers and a side salad

Saturday:  Lunch: Tuna Salad Sandwiches (tuna, mayo, lemon pepper and celery) fruit; supper: Lasagna Soup with salad, adding broccoli to my soup and the kids

Sunday:  Lunch:  Harvest Vegetable Beef Soup with quesadillas and fruit;  supper:

Breakfasts:  Oatmeal with peanut butter, apples and almond milk; Egg white scramble with parmesan cheese, gogurt, peanut butter toast and applesauce

Lunches:  Ham and tomato sandwich with peaches; Peanut Butter sandwich with banana

Snacks: cheddar stick, ham roll up and applesauce; buffalo popcorn with almonds
