Low Carb meal planning has been going great. We've been able to eat some new recipes and some have been fantastic, others not so much. None of us really cared for the spaghetti squash. I thought I would give it another shot after years of abstinence hoping for a change of heart, but it was still not palatable. Oh well. We tried. This week I'm cleaning out the freezer and fridge.
Monday: Grilled Cuban Pork Chops with mexican cole slaw and rice
Tuesday: Pizza Stuffed Meatloaf (using ground turkey and beef), Bacon & Cheese Cauliflower, green beans
Wednesday: Citrus Cumin Crock Pot Pork Roast with rice and beans and salad
Thursday: Pulled Pork Tortilla Pie (using leftover pork roast from Wednesday) - corn on the side with tomato salad
Friday: Dinner with Family
Saturday: Turkey Dinner
Sunday: Dinner out

Tuna Avocado Wrap (has become a favorite!)
