Tuesday: Turkey Taco Salad with rice and corn
Wednesday: Parmesan Crusted Chicken with bacon, salad and green beans
Thursday: Greek Lemon Chicken - I'm doing this in the crock pot, rice and salad
Friday: Cheap Korean Beef with rice and lettuce wraps
Breakfasts:
Cheese Omelette with applesauce
Raspberry Smoothie (80 calorie greek yogurt, frozen raspberries, almond milk and sugar free jello powder)
Lunches:
avocado and tuna salad
leftovers on a salad
