This is an easy and yummy pizza with the Tex-Mex vibe we love so much!
Chicken Enchilada Pizza
1/2-1 cup enchilada sauce
1 cup cooked and cubed chicken
1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
pickled jalapeno peppers or roasted green chiles (optional)
Pour the enchilada sauce over the prepared pizza dough. Scatter the chicken and black beans over the sauce. Spread the cheese over the chicken and beans. Sprinkle with jalapeno peppers or roasted green chiles if you like. Bake in preheated oven until cheese and crust is golden brown.
