We're still using our April Meal Plan and only made a few changes throughout the month. On Thursday and Friday, I'll be doing our Once-A-Month-Cooking for May. I'm posting the May OAMC Plan on Thursday and the May Meal Plan on Friday.
Weekly Breakfasts: cereal with bananas; raisin bran muffins and yogurt parfaits
Weekly Lunches: homemade mac n cheese with grapes; ham & cheese roll-ups with apples
Weekly Snacks: berry banana smoothies, popcorn, peanut butter crackers, apples with peanut butter
Monday: Fish Tacos with Crunchy Cabbage Slaw and Mexican Rice & Beans
Tuesday: Eggs, Sausage and Grits
Wednesday: Bean Burritos with Avocado and Tomato Salad
Thursday: Baked Ziti with Salad and French Bread
Friday: Homemade Pizza, salad - Meatball Sub Pizza - Recipe to post on Friday afternoon
Saturday: We're running in our second 5K so we'll probably eat brunch with friends and then for supper we'll eat: Grilled Hamburgers, Oven Cheese Fries, Salad and fruit
Sunday: Lunch: Egg & Tuna Salad Sandwiches with fruit; Supper: BBQ Turkey stuffed Baked Potatoes and Salad
This week at the grocery store I'll need to buy:
milk
juice
avocados
lettuce
tomatoes
potatoes
Napa or Savoy cabbage

I love fish tacos with slaw. I've started using broccoli slaw for added nutrition. Yummy!
