Weekly Breakfast: Cereal with Bananas; Banana Berry Smoothie with Fruity Breakfast Burritos; Cinnamon Banana French Toast Sticks
Weekly Snacks: Yogurt Parfait with Pumpkin Spice Granola; Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Granola Bars with apple slices
Weekly Lunches: Grilled Apple and Cheddar Sandwiches; Bean Quesadillas with Guacamole and Carrot sticks; Macaroni and Cheese with Peas (I'm using some Annie's Organic Bunny Pasta we got at Kroger last week for $.49)
Monday: Salmon Cakes, Sauteed Green Beans, Rice (I'm thinking of doubling the batch and baking them off, freezing the extras for another meal in the future...we LOVE these things!)
Wednesday: BREAKFAST for Supper: Potato Hash (Fried Taters, bacon, caramelized onions, topped with cheddar cheese, fried egg and Rotel)
Thursday: BEAN NIGHT: Bean and Cheese Enchiladas (using Refried Beans) with Guacamole Salad, Corn and Tomato Salad
Friday: PIZZA NIGHT: Good Ole Pepperoni Pizza
Saturday: My hubby and I (and a bunch of our friends) are going to be doing a 5K in the morning; Later that evening, after a much needed nap, we'll be going over to a friend's house for supper (I'll probably take a dessert, maybe Old Fashioned Fudge Cake)
Sunday: Crispy Baked Lemon Pepper Tilapia* new recipe, sharing on Monday (the 15th) along with a Giveaway, baked potatoes with frozen broccoli and cheese (green beans for the hubs)
I think that it so far. I'll update with photos as the week goes on. I am so looking forward to the giveaway...it's so exciting.
