Meal Plan Monday 1/24/11

Last week we ate some yummy comfort foods:

Chicken Pot Pie

Breakfasts:
Cereal with Bananas
Peanut Butter Toast with Banana and Berry Banana Fruit Smoothie
Egg White Omelet with Cheddar Cheese and Bacon

Snacks:
Fruit Smoothies
Graham Crackers with Peanut Butter or Nutella and Apples
String Cheese with Apples

Lunches: 
Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches with Apples
Macaroni and Cheese with Hot Dogs and Apples
Yakisoba Chicken Noodle Soup with Crackers and Oranges
Egg Salad Sandwiches, Veggies and Ranch Dip

Suppers:
Monday:  Sausage and Potatoes Italiano* (using ground turkey, adding fennel, red pepper flakes and sage) - going to try this in the Crock-Pot, canned green beans, frozen sweet peas

Tuesday:  Baked Turkey Croquettes*, Baked Sweet Potato Fries*,  canned green beans

Wednesday:  Refried Bean Chalupas with Guacamole Salad

Thursday:   Baked French Toast*, using leftover Peasant Bread, frozen blueberries, plain Greek yogurt, honey

Friday:  Thin Crust Pizza (using oven-toasted flour tortillas) Pepperoni Pizza and Salad

Saturday:  Chicken and Black Bean Enchiladas (using leftover Chicken and Black Bean Enchilada soup adding rice and rolling them into warmed corn tortillas, topping with cheese and McCormick enchilada sauce), Guacamole and Salsa

You have a yummy looking menu planned for this week. To funny that I have a french toast casserole planned for this week to. :)

I'm doing ham and ranch roll-ups this week! :-) We nearly always do something similar. We just both have such great taste in foods! ;-P
