Meal Plan Monday: 7/4/11





Trying to get back into a good routine after last week.


Monday:  We are supposed to eat Crock Pot Rotisserie Chicken (Adobo Rubbed Chicken), but my Momma has offered to keep the little one so me and my husband can take the day and get away to Helen for a tubing adventure.  This is the first time for me and I'm a little scared of the possibility of snakes -- YIKES!  I'll share pictures hopefully on Thursday.

I'm finally going to do pickles with my cousin Brenda on Tuesday. So I'm going to do the Crock Pot Rotisserie chicken today instead of Monday.

Wednesday:   Breakfast - Overnight French Toast

Thursday:  Rice Meal Kit - Stacy's Southwestern Chicken & Rice (Using leftover Rotisserie Chicken)

Friday:  Thin Crust Pizza Margherita Pizza (using some basil from our garden) & Chi Chi Italian Salad

Saturday:  Tex Mex - Tacos (using ground turkey) with Lucia's Salsa Verde

Sunday:  Burgers - Chicken Parm Burgers, Oven Cheese Fries and Oven Roasted Broccoli
